Valencia Miller is a seasoned artist with over 17 years of experience as a tattoo artist, specializing in full-color, organic fine-line black-and-grey floral designs, and portraiture and custom drawn large scale. Passionate about her craft, she consults on tattoos of all styles and sizes, striving to deliver exceptional quality and comfort to her clients. Valencia holds a Bachelor of Arts with a Minor in Chinese from Saint Louis University, studied as an MFA graduate student at Washington University-St. Louis. Valencia is a licensed tattoo artist operating from her private studio located inside Spartan Rebalanced, a holistic space dedicated to body arts and naturopathic healing.

A world-traveled guest artist, Valencia has worked in renowned studios like Hale Nui Tattoo Co. in Oahu, Hawaii, Black Lotus Tattoo Gallery in Georgia. All of which shops she still works as a guest artist throughout year including Saint Louis. She was also selected amongst many artists world wide to tattoo several contracts aboard Virgin Atlantic Voyages' Scarlet Lady at Squid Ink—the first tattoo studio at sea. Her dedication and professionalism make her one of the most sought-after artists in the industry.
